It’s all about New at the Sweets & Snacks Expo and we’ve got two great programs to help exhibitors highlight ‘new’ at this year’s show!
New Product Showcase
The first stop for customers to learn what’s new is at the New Product Showcase. The showcase is an online search engine where customers research new offerings, and add these companies directly to their show planners. It’s also an actual showcase build right outside the entrance on show site.
Onsite, each shelf will have a card that customers can scan and receive an immediate email – driving traffic directly to your booth.
Post show, exhibitors will receive a listing of all the customers that scanned their shelf – highly qualified prospects that have already express interest in your new product.
New this year is the addition of new packaging innovation – product development and packaging go hand in hand and this year the showcase will highlight this important aspect of ‘new’.

Most Innovative New Product Awards
Now in its sixth year, the Expo’s Most Innovative New Product Awards recognizes the best and most innovative new items in the candy and snack categories.
All item submissions are rated on four weighted criteria (including taste and packaging) by an elite panel of top retailers and industry food experts that represent 85% of the U.S. buying power.
Nominees are showcased onsite and winners are revealed during a special standing-room-only ceremony at the opening of the 2017 Sweets & Snacks Expo in the Discovery Theater!
