Badge Fee Refund Request Form
We understand that no one wants to cancel their registration for Sweets & Snacks Expo, but with the announcement of the COVID-19 pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO), we recognize it may be necessary for some attendees. Accordingly, please complete the form below to cancel your registration due to the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) and request a refund.
- This form is for requests for attendee badge fee refunds only.
- Requests for refunds must be processed by completing this form. Neither email nor phone cancellations will be accepted.
- Requests for refunds must be received prior to 11:59 p.m. EDT on May 1, 2020.
- All refunds will be completed by May 31, 2020, and processed to the credit card provided during the registration process, if applicable.
If Expo takes place in May, please know that you will be able to reinstate your registration at no additional fee and the early bird rate you paid will be honored.
Please remember to cancel any and all hotel reservations you may have made for Expo. Most hotels honor cancellations up to 14 days in advance of arrival with no fees. NCA is not liable for individual hotel cancellation fees, so please be sure to notify your respective hotels (or contact onPeak at [email protected] or 1-800-950-5526).
