Gearing Up for Success in Indy

The entire city of Indianapolis is excited to host Sweets & Snacks Expo 2024! We want to make sure exhibitors and attendees are primed to take advantage of all the convention center and city have to offer from booth spaces and branding opportunities to entertainment and getting around town. We’ll cover the convention center layout and hotel options, introduce the downtown neighborhoods featuring more than 300 restaurants and 50 major attractions and give you a taste of what Hoosier Hospitality is all about.     Jeff Pressman is the president and CEO at ConvExx, LLC. He began his career in the trade show industry in 2006, when he joined ConvExx as its chief operating officer. Jeff is responsible for overseeing the company and managing its largest show, the SHOT Show. Prior to joining the trade show industry, Jeff was a lawyer at Management Plus Enterprises and Premier Sports Management, sports agencies representing athletes such as Shaquille O’Neal, John Randle, Pete Carroll and numerous NFL players and coaches.

    Morgan Snyder is the senior director of public relations and film at Visit Indy, where she directs activities to support tourism in Indianapolis at Visit Indy – the official destination marketing organization charged with increasing leisure and business travel to Indianapolis. Prior to joining Visit Indy, she served as the Public Relations and Marketing Manager for the Conrad Indianapolis hotel and as a member of the Hirons & Company team charged with public relations and advertising for Indiana state tourism. Destinations International has named Morgan a “Top 30 Under 30” for her work in the tourism industry.

    Director of Destination Experience, Visit Indy

    Roberta Tisdul serves as the director of destination experience for Visit Indy. In this role, she leads the destination experience team that oversees the planning and implementation of more than 500 events and meetings that the city hosts annually. Before joining Visit Indy in 2008, Roberta invested 17 years working in sales, marketing, production and IT in the newspaper industry across North America, serving 12 years locally at the Indianapolis Star.
