Booth Selection Guidelines and information for the 2020 Sweets & Snacks Expo
Show Dates: May 19 – 21 Tuesday – Thursday

Space selection for the 2020 Sweets & Snacks Expo will take place at this year’s show for current exhibitors only. Booth space sales for those manufacturers on the waitlist to exhibit will open mid-summer, 2019.
Below you will find all the details needed to plan for your future participation. Booth space selection is done in priority point order – your specific appointment time, based on your points, will be emailed to you before the end of April.
Please note: your current booth will not automatically be reserved for you – you must choose your space during your appointment time or post-show.
General Details for the 2020 EXPO:
A 50% deposit is due at time of selection – credit card, ACH, wire payments or checks accepted.
Space rates for 2020 are below – all rates are per square foot:
Assignments are made based on group priority point order and exhibitors are allotted a specific time slot to choose their location within that group. These time slots are determined by priority points which are earned for;
- (i) Sweets & Snacks Expo participation
- (ii) NCA Membership (five points each previous years of paid membership)
- (iii) Sponsorship (sliding scale based on area sponsored) – Sponsorships purchased after March 29, 2019 will accrue points for the 2021 Expo
- (iv) Snack companies not eligible for NCA membership receive 2 points, as well as commensurate sponsorship points
How the Process Works:
Sales Office Location: on the show floor in front of the 400 aisle
Check in at the Sales Office at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment.
When your priority point number group is reached, you will be called to choose a booth. As a reminder, your 2019 booth location may not be available when it is your time to select. No guarantees or assurances are made as to what spaces will be available at any given time during the booth selection process. In order to assign all exhibitors, you will have a few minutes to choose your location, so please determine your particular space needs in advance; however, please have options in mind based on what may or may not be available at that time.
NOTE: Those with one priority point will only be able to reserve space electronically; an appointment time will not be assigned and you will be communicated with on how to reserve a booth.
If you cannot make your appointment time, or have someone from your company come in your place, please stop by the Sales Office as soon as possible after your appointment time to choose a booth. You will be called to select your booth following any exhibitors who have appointments during that time. Note that you will NOT be assigned a booth if you miss your appointment time and you CANNOT place a booth on hold.
The initial unassigned floor plan design will be similar to the 2019 layout. It will be posted in a few weeks. Please note that the floor plan is always changing as exhibitors choose their space, so it will look different when you arrive for your appointment.
After you make your choice, your contract is considered complete, the booth assigned and deposit recorded. A 50% payment must be made at the time of assignment; credit cards will be processed on-site. You will receive a paper copy of your space agreement and an email confirmation.
Display Rules & Regulations
The floor plan design is guided by a set of principles to ensure that space is designed in a manner fair and equitable to all, and to ensure the best utilization of the floorplan from the attendee standpoint. By reserving space, you also agree to the Terms of Application and the Display Regulations that govern the show.
Representatives from our housing partner at onPeak will be available in front of Skyline Hall to assist with any hotel rebookings for 2020 to ensure you get your first choice in hotels for your company. They can also assist with any other hotel questions you may have regarding either the 2019 or 2020 Sweets & Snacks Expo.
