What is included with my booth?
Booths that are 10 x 10 up to 10 x 30 come with 8 foot back draping, three foot side draping and an ID sign. Furnishings are not provided with the booth space, but furnishings can be ordered through Freeman – click the Planning Manual tile in the Exhibitor Dashboard for details. All booths regardless of size must have carpeting or a floor covering. Island booths do not include draping or an ID sign. In addition, 4 free exhibitor badges are included for every 100 square feet of space reserved. Additional badges can be ordered through the Dashboard – see the Badges, Hotel, Travel tile for pricing and to order.
How many samples should I ship?
The amount of samples would vary greatly depending on the type of product you have. A general rule of thumb would be the amount you use on day one, cut in half for day two and again for day three. So if you have 3000 samples for day one, plan for 1500 on day two and 750 on day three. Nearly 7000 attendee customers are expected to attend.
How many badges do I receive?
Exhibitors receive 4 free badges for every 100 square feet of space reserved, so a 10 x 20 booth would receive 8. Additional badges can be ordered for a fee, see the Badges, Hotels and Travel tile in the Dashboard for pricing and ordering.
How do I order a Lead Retrieval unit to scan badges?
The lead retrieval units can be rented through Experient, our registration provider. You can download the form here and it is also included in the Planning Manual.

What are the show hours?
The West hall hours are Tuesday, May 22 10:00 – 5:00, Wednesday, May 23 10:00 – 5:00, Thursday, May 24 9:00 – 2:00.The Skyline Hall opens ½ hour earlier, and the hours are Tuesday, May 22 9:30 – 5:00, Wednesday, May 23 9:30 – 5:00, Thursday, May 24 9:00 – 2:00.
What are the set up hours for exhibitors?
Set up hours for exhibitors are from 7:00 am – 7:00 pm starting on Friday, May 18 and continuing through Monday, May 21. All booths must be set by 7:00 pm on Monday, May 21. For dismantle hours please see the planning manual.
What are the display regulations for the show?

What are the official rules and regulations that govern the show?
The Terms of Application, which can be found here, are the official regulations and policies that govern the show, not to be confused with the Display Regulations in the previous question.
What day can my freight arrive at the show?
If you wish to ship directly to McCormick Place (see the Planning Manual for shipping details and labels) your freight can arrive on Friday, May 18, Saturday, May 19 or Monday, May 21 – note that there will not be any freight movement on Sunday, May 20, but exhibitors can still set up. All exhibitors are strongly encouraged to ship their materials to the warehouse. All freight sent to the warehouse is guaranteed to be delivered by 8:00 am Friday, May 18.
How do I park at McCormick Place?
A limited number of guaranteed parking spaces are available at the rate of $36 per day by advance order of an Exhibitor Parking Permit. This permit allows access to the garages with in-and-out privileges. Parking spaces are guaranteed even if lots fill to capacity. Visit McCormick Place online for more information.
How to I rent a motorized scooter at the show?
For wheelchairs, mobility scooters, power chairs and oxygen equipment rentals contact our preferred service partner, Scootaround Mobility Solutions at 888-441-7575 or visit them online.
What is Material Handling/Drayage?
Material Handling, also known as drayage, are charges based on various show operational costs including the storage of freight at the warehouse address, labor and equipment to: load exhibit material, deliver material to the booth, deliver empty containers to and from storage and remove material from the booth for reloading onto outbound carriers. In addition, marshalling yard fees, drivers, equipment rental, teamster and rigging labor are part of the fees. Cost is calculated by 100 lb. units or hundred weight, abbreviated CWT.

Material Handling/Drayage should not be confused with the cost to transport your exhibit material directly to the show (McCormick Place).
