What is included with my booth?
Booths that are 10 x 10 up to 10 x 30 come with 8 foot back draping, three foot side draping and an ID sign. Furnishings are not provided with the booth space, but furnishings can be ordered through Freeman – click the Planning Manual tile in the Exhibitor Dashboard for details. All booths regardless of size must have carpeting or a floor covering. Island booths do not include draping or an ID sign. Additional badges can be ordered through the Dashboard – see the Badges, Hotel, Travel tile for pricing and to order.
How many samples should I ship?
The amount of samples would vary greatly depending on the type of product you have. A general rule of thumb would be the amount you use on day one, cut in half for day two and again for day three. So if you have 3000 samples for day one, plan for 1500 on day two and 750 on day three. Nearly 7000 attendee customers are expected to attend.
How many badges do I receive?
