The Official Snack brand marketing investment for the 2023 Sweets & Snacks Expo is $40,000, with the rate increasing to $45,000 in 2024. Companies committing to two years of participation will lock in a price of $40,000 per year for the 2023 and 2024 shows.

Official Snack sponsors will receive high-impact brand placement and support during the 2023 Sweets & Snacks Expo and will work with the Sweets & Snacks Expo team to create a customized show presence for your brand.

Additionally, each Official Snack sponsor will receive:

  • Branding space (All artwork and production are the responsibility of the sponsor.)
  • A full-page four-color advertisement in the What’s Happening Guide recognizing the sponsoring company as the category-exclusive Official Snack of the Sweets & Snacks Expo (Artwork is the responsibility of the sponsor. NCA reserves the right to the placement of the ad.)
  • VIP access to the Executive Lounge, a private VIP destination only available to sponsors of $18,000 or more, top retail customer attendees and valued customers that includes amenities like professional concierge services, private sampling opportunities and a comfortable setting for high-level networking
  • Category-exclusive inclusion of the sponsors’ snacks at the Industry Buzz Networking reception* in the Grand Concourse on Wednesday, May 24 (Receptions will follow current sampling protocols.)
  • A feature in the Candy & Snack TODAY Show Daily
  • An Official Snack logo for the sponsor’s marketing use
  • An Official Snack logo next to the company listing in the What’s Happening Guide
  • Additional priority points for future booth location selection
  • A featured logo on SweetsandSnacks.com
