Attendees
- Preapproved/Barcoded Attendees: If you already have a registration barcode and are an approved attendee, you can pick up at any location below.
- Pending Attendees: We encourage you to upload any documents to your registration portal in advance to help expedite the registration process. You will need to come to the onsite/pending registration areas onsite. You will need to come to the onsite/pending registration area in RM102 near the shuttle bay drop off/parking lot.
- Onsite Attendees: The online registration process does not close, so we encourage you to register online instead of onsite. If you need to register onsite, please come to RM102 to do so. We encourage you to come Monday to beat the lines on Tuesday morning.
Exhibitors
- Pre-Registered: If you already have a registration barcode and are an exhibitor, you can pick up at any location below.
- Non-Registered: We will either need the key contact of your company to come register you at RM102 or W4 Lobby or you will need to bring a business card with you onsite showing you work for that company.
Media
- Preapproved/Barcoded Media: If you already have a registration barcode and are an approved media, you can pick up your badge in RM102 at the media desks.
- Pending Media: We encourage you to upload any documents to your registration portal in advance to help expedite the registration process. You will need to come to RM102 to qualify and pick up your badges.
- Onsite Media: The online registration process does not close, so we encourage you to register online instead of onsite. If you need to register onsite, you will need to register in RM102 onsite.

We will have a dedicated registration area outside the Sagamore Ballrooms though you are allowed to pick up your badge at any location.
