Trends vs. Fads: What’s Here to Stay Post-Pandemic?

The COVID-19 pandemic disrupted the CPG industry, changing consumer shopping behaviors unlike anything experienced before. Many CPG categories – like confectionery – exhibited massive sales spikes while other categories suffered severe declines. Sales channels were also positively and negatively impacted. This session will explore some of the trends that occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic and provide an overview of what trends are expected to stick around and continue to influence shopper behavior.
