Earn Points

Priority points are used for scheduling appointments for space selection in future years. By participating in the sponsorship program, you will highlight your brands at this year’s show and increase your points for next year’s show. Approximately one point is earned for every $1,000 spent. In addition, if you purchase a sponsorship, your logo will appear in the “Thank You” Sponsor ad and signage at the Expo.

Executive Lounge

Any sponsorship of $18,000 or more will receive eight admission cards to access the executive lounge area Tuesday, May 24 through Thursday, May 26. Our new executive lounge features:

  • Exclusive networking opportunities with key customers
  • An experienced, professional concierge
  • A relaxed and comfortable setting
  • Opportunities for product sampling or distribution of marketing collateral

Sweets & Snacks Expo Daily

In 2019, attendees ranked the Sweets & Snacks Expo Daily as a top component in the success of their show experience. This is the Sweets & Snacks Expo’s ONLY daily publication, featuring news and photos direct from the show floor. A daily must-read for attendees, a new issue is distributed each morning (Wednesday through Friday) filled with details on activities for the day and photos and happenings from the previous day. Advertising options are available for single days or the duration of the show, with options to fit all budgets.

Education Session Opportunities

Discovery Theater

Located in the South Hall, Discovery Theater features 30-minute education sessions throughout the show focused on trends, category growth and business disruption. As a sponsor, your brand will be visible throughout the presentation thanks to a branded podium sign and logos on the screens. Sponsors will also receive special recognition on SweetsAndSnacks.com.

Eye Opener Session Series

Grab your customers’ attention as they start their day. The Eye Opener sessions collectively draw thousands of motivated attendees each morning before the show, running in two locations from 8 a.m. – 8:45 a.m. and 9 a.m. – 9:45 a.m. As a sponsor, you will greet them at the door with a branded entrance meter board and bins of product, and your brand will be visible throughout the presentation thanks to a branded podium sign and logos on the screens. Sponsors will also receive special recognition on SweetsAndSnacks.com. Sponsors will have the opportunity to send a representative to introduce and close the sessions.

Add your company’s branding to the show aisle signs. These signs are more important than ever in a new venue. Include your company’s branding on these highly visible aisle danglers to remain top of mind at all times throughout the show.

Your company’s logo and branding will greet every attendee who enters the show when you sponsor a banner in the Indiana Convention Center. A variety of banner opportunities are available throughout the Indiana Convention Center.

“You Are Here” Boards

Large maps will be located throughout the Indiana Convention Center to help attendees navigate the Sweets & Snacks Expo. Sponsor logos will be placed around the maps.

Convention Center Skywalks

As a sponsor of a branded skywalk, you will make a lasting impression as your brand will be the first brand customers see in the morning and the last they see on their way out. Select one of three major skywalks connecting hotel guests directly from their hotels to the convention center as your own branded corridor.

Expo Official Bag

As the only bag allowed on the show floor, the official Expo bag is one of the most visible items at the show. You will have your company logo placed on the bag, guaranteeing it will be seen by thousands of attendees during the show and in the weeks to come when attendees bring this reusable tote home.

Floor Decals

Help guide buyers to your booth with customized floor decals placed on the floor of the show’s main and interior aisles. Floor decals can be placed in the aisle of your choice. It is recommended to include your booth number.

Glass Clings

Greet attendees as they enter the Indiana Convention Center. A variety of glass cling opportunities are available throughout the Center.

Hotel Room Keys

Place your logo into countless attendees’ pockets, wallets and purses when you sponsor branded key cards at the official Sweets & Snacks Expo hotels.

Inflatable

Making new connections usually requires more than just blowing hot air – but in this case, it might be that easy! Draw attention to your company and reel in new customers during the show with an inflatable display.

Lanyard

A Sweets & Snacks Expo essential, these lanyards are given to attendees to wear on the show floor, advertising your brand everywhere they go! The lanyard sponsor is responsible for purchasing, ordering, graphics and production of the lanyard.

Naming Rights Lounge

Sponsor the location right outside the north exhibit hall where attendees will meet, relax and network. As a sponsor of the lounge, you can provide literature and or product(s) in the “Your Name Here” Lounge.

Official Snack of the Expo

Your flagship product or newest innovation could be the Official Snack of the Sweets & Snacks Expo! Take advantage of the show’s newest, high-impact branding opportunity as the show’s official snack in your chosen snack segment. Only one company per snack segment can receive this designation. The categories include:

Product Sampling

Put your product directly into show attendees’ hands without leaving your booth! Sweets & Snacks hospitality team members will distribute your candy or snack in a prominent area on the way to the show floor during one of five time slots: Wednesday morning or afternoon, Thursday morning or afternoon or Friday morning. Approximately 1,000 pieces are needed for two hours of sampling. It is highly recommended that the company provide shirts for the staff to wear when handing out the product.

Relax and Recharge Lounges

Keep attendees charged up and ready to go at the Relax and Recharge Lounges on the show floor! Sponsor branded recharge lounges will be located in the North Hall and the South Hall. Product sampling is available at both locations.

Vehicle

Create a buzz by displaying your branded vehicle on the show floor. Locations to be determined with NCA staff.

Wall Advertising

Tell your story and promote your brand on wall advertising located throughout the Indiana Convention Center. NCA will work with sponsor to select location for the branded wall.

Welcome Desk and Information Team

The Sweets and Snacks Welcome Desk is strategically placed in a highly visible location in the convention center and Welcome and Information team members will be around to answer questions and provide information about the show. It is highly recommended that the company provide shirts for the staff to wear when working. The Welcome and Information team will be out daily from 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 23, and Thursday, June 24, and from 7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. on Friday, June 25.
